50g brown rice
olive oil
100g lean beef mince
medium curry powder
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 sweet potato (250g)
1 fresh red chilli
8 sprigs of fresh coriander
4 large sheets of filo pastry
optional: 1 level tablespoon black onion seeds
½ a cucumber
½ a lemon
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
hot chilli sauce
