How to make an Americano coffee: Mike Cooper

The Caffè Americano is said to be named due to the American soliders stationed in Italy during WW2, who found the classic Italian espresso a little bit stronger than the coffee they were used to drinking back home. Our King of Coffee Mike Cooper will tell you more about it and - most importantly - show you how to make it this very popular drink at home. We used an espresso machine for our hot water, but a freshly boiled kettle will work just as well.
