Jamie’s Quick Chicken Laksa

Who doesn’t love a good curry and Jamie has a delicious Laksa recipe to make your mouth water. Beautifully crisp chicken in a mildly spiced broth with coconut milk and asparagus. Mix through rice noodles and finish with fresh coriander and red chilli. Delicious!

4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 tsp Chinese five spice
1 tsp runny honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 fresh red chilli
1 chicken stock cube
1 butternut squash (neck end only)
2 cloves garlic
1 thumb sized piece ginger
1 fresh red chilli
1 tsp turmeric
½ bunch spring onions
1 tsp peanut butter
4 dried kaffir lime leaves
½ bunch fresh coriander
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp low salt soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
300g medium rice noodles
2 bunches asparagus
1 x 400g tin light coconut milk
3 limes
