Pan-seared salmon: Bart van Olphen

This is a paid AD. Bart van Olphen visited Glenarm, on the Causeway Coast in Northern Ireland, to create this pan seared salmon recipe. Organic fish in a warm dressing, packed with flavour from onions, capers and parsley and served alongside fresh grilled asparagus. This makes a lovely lunch or light dinner.
