This perfect party food recipe is so good it’ll knock spots off any kebab you’ve ever had before. Pork roasted with sea salt and fennel til juicy and tender and served in warm tortilla wraps loaded with red onions, crispy crackling, chilli and salad. Finish with a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds and let your guests tuck in. This dish to remember is one of Jamie’s favourites - give it a go.
