This year on Food Revolution Day, we asked you guys to create and share a healthy omelette that symbolises your nation as part of our Omelette Challenge, and boy did you deliver!

We promised one lucky winner the money-can't-buy prize of having their recipe tested, styled and professionally photographed by Jamie's amazing Food Team, and the chance to have their recipe appear on the front page of JamieOliver.com and in Jamie Magazine for the whole world to see. Big congratulations to Maartje Van Ours, a Dutch entrant currently living in Berlin, whose awesome fennel omelette blew us away.
