  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 2 heaped teaspoons smooth peanut butter

  1. Peel and slice the banana. Spread 2 slices of bread with peanut butter and cover with sliced banana. Place the remaining pieces of bread on top and push down gently. Cut the sandwiches into fingers, then serve. For more information on stages of complementary feeding, click here.
