Recipe From
1 teaspoon of Marmite
1 heaped teaspoon of cottage cheese
1 x 75g slice of rye bread or toast
1⁄2 a ripe avocado
4 trimmed chestnut mushrooms
2 ripe cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
black pepper
