Ingredients

½ a ripe avocado

½ a ripe banana

1 heaped teaspoon light cream cheese

1 teaspoon quality cocoa powder

1 x 75g slice of rye bread

raspberries

2 teaspoons toasted hazelnuts

dark chocolate (70%)

Method

  1. Use a fork to smash up the avocado, banana, cream cheese and cocoa powder until smooth.
  2. Spread over the rye bread or toast.
  3. Dot over a few raspberries and the toasted hazelnuts.
  4. Shave over a tiny bit of dark chocolate, if you like.
