1⁄2 a ripe avocado
1⁄2 a ripe peeled banana
1 heaped teaspoon of light cream cheese
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
1 x 75g slice of rye bread or toast
1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds
1⁄4 pomegranate
