Rye bread is really widely available now – that’s great news, as it’s high in chloride, which we need to make hydrochloric acid in our stomachs so we can digest our food properly.
Recipe From
1 heaped teaspoon of ricotta cheese
1 x 75g slice of rye bread or toast
1⁄2 a ripe avocado
6 small ripe strawberries
1 teaspoon of pine nuts
1 teaspoon of thick balsamic vinegar
