Ingredients

60ml Bombay Sapphire dry gin

15ml Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato Vermouth di Torino

2 small green olives

Method

  1. Pour the gin and vermouth into a coupette glass, and stir for 30 seconds.
  2. Serve straight up, topped off with the olives speared on a cocktail stick.
