Ingredients

1 ripe mango

200ml cachaça

100ml freshly squeezed lime juice

1 teaspoon light runny honey

16 ice cubes (400g total)

Method

  1. Peel and destone the mango, then place the flesh in a blender with the cachaça, lime juice, honey and ice cubes. Blitz until super smooth, then divide between tumblers and serve.
