  • ½ a large eating apple
  • 60 g porridge oats
  • 400 ml milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. Peel, core and finely grate the apple.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a non-stick pan over a medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until thick and creamy, stirring regularly.
