Super easy

makes 300g

Ingredients

1 ripe pear

5 prunes

1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

1 chopped frozen banana

Method

  1. Quarter the pear, removing the stalk and core, then place in a blender (use a hand-held stick blender, if you prefer) or bowl.
  2. Destone the prunes.
  3. Add the yoghurt, prunes and banana, then blend to a puree, pulse, mash and/or finely chop depending on the stage your little one is at (for more information on stages of complementary feeding, click here).
  4. If it’s a bit too thick add a little water to loosen, then serve immediately or keep in the fridge for later.
