Ingredients

150g dried figs

1 Bramley apple

2 clementines

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

100g dried cranberries

100g dried blueberries

6 tablespoons agave syrup

½ teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon ground allspice

2 teaspoons ground ginger

5 tablespoons port

Method

  1. Roughly chop the dried figs, coarsely grate the apple and zest and juice the clementines. Pick and finely chop the rosemary leaves.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Spoon into sterilised jars, seal and store for at least 3 weeks and up to 2 months.
