About the recipe

I’m a real fan of making these burritos at the weekend because, a bit like making pizzas, everyone can add a little more or less of what they fancy, and the combination of wrap, rice, BBQ sauce, cheese and shredded meat is fantastic and always will be. Baking them in the foil is a really safe, snug way of doing it – you still achieve a little colour but everything just melts inside and you get a good half an hour of hot burrito if you’re on the move.
