Ingredients

400g mixed-colour raw baby beets and small carrots

400g potatoes

1 bunch of asparagus (300g)

100g freshly podded peas

2 x 180g free-range skinless chicken breasts

olive oil

smoked paprika

3 tablespoons natural yoghurt

2 tablespoons cottage cheese

1 heaped teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

2 anchovy fillets in oil, from sustainable sources

2 cornichons

1 teaspoon baby capers

¼ of a bunch of fresh dill (5g)
