150g of dried pasta shells
2 teaspoons of baby capers
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 lemon
300ml of 7-veg tomato sauce
1 x 120g tin of tuna in spring water
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
