olive oil
500g frozen spinach
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 teaspoons English mustard
200ml semi-skimmed milk
150g leftover cooked chicken
½ a bunch of fresh basil (15g)
60g mature Cheddar cheese
16 dried cannelloni tubes
2 cloves of garlic
1–2 pinches of dried chilli flakes
2 x 400g tins of chopped tomatoes
extra virgin olive oil
