  • 10 - 15 ml lime juice , plus 1/2 lime to garnish
  • 50 ml Bacardi Carta Negra rum
  • 3 dashes of Angustura bitters
  • 100 ml ginger beer
  • a sprig of mint , to garnish

  2. Fill a highball glass with ice, squeeze in the lime juice and add the rum, bitters and ginger beer, then stir. Garnish with the lime and mint.
