Here is one of my favourite simple ways to create a wonderful dish with leftover cooked salmon. Delicious!

Recipe From
1 tablespoon quality mayonnaise or fat-free natural yoghurt
1 level teaspoon English mustard or jarred grated horseradish
½ a lemon
2 sprigs of fresh dill or a good pinch of dried dill
unsalted butter
2 slices of nice fresh bread
60g leftover cooked salmon
watercress
