This tray baked wild salmon recipe is packed with omega 3’s for great heart health and since it’s all cooked in one dish it’s easy on the washing up too! Kids love fish baked this way, it’s tender and juicy and the fresh beans, peas and fragrant herbs add tons of flavour. A really simple dish packed with delicious goodness and easy to mash up for even the youngest family members.
