Pomegranates contain high levels of vitamin C, as well as fibre, for digestion and potassium which helps maintain a healthy blood pressure.

The great news is that pomegranates are also really good fo us. They’re high in vitamin B, which boosts our metabolism and immune systems, as well as helping to combat fatigue. Vitamin B also helps to keep our nervous systems in top condition.
