CHILLI CON CARNE WITH POPPING KIDNEY BEANS
A killer classic, but with a Jamie twist – the addition of crispy popped kidney beans adds texture to keep things fresh. This is, of course, great with fluffy rice, but also delicious spooned over a jacket potato, piled into a soft tortilla wrap, or just as it is, with a blob of guac.
This recipe keeps things light, using chicken breasts instead of the usual mince and finishing off with a blob of tomato salsa and a squeeze of lime instead of sour cream. But it’s still packed with spices and fresh herbs, so you get all of those classic flavours – yum!
With smoked paprika, quality cocoa powder, fresh coriander and fresh chillies, this vegetarian recipe is big on flavour! Serving it up with cheesy jacket potatoes makes this an epic veggie feast.

This turkey chilli is brilliant for Christmas leftovers, but you can make this at any time of year – just swap in leftover roast chicken, or any other roasted meat that you might have. It will still be totally delicious.
CHILLI CON CARNE MEATBALLS WITH SWEET PEPPERS & BLACK BEANS
A mash-up of two family favourites – chilli con carne and meatballs in tomato sauce. The best! And, as it can be on the table in 40 minutes, it makes for a brilliantly tasty midweek meal.
It wouldn’t be a Jamie Oliver chilli recipe without some amazing sides! This incredible cornbread will take any chilli from a weeknight meal to the next level. Slow-cooked caramelised onions, mature Cheddar cheese and a kick of fresh chilli – so good.
