50g light brown sugar

100g mixed seeds

olive oil

Greek yoghurt, to serve

macerated berries, to serve

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4 and line a 20cm x 30cm baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Blitz the rye bread, sugar, seeds and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a food processor to make small, uneven crumbs.
  3. Transfer to the prepared tray and bake, tossing every 10 minutes, for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  4. Once cool, transfer to an airtight container and eat within 2 weeks. Delicious served with yoghurt and macerated berries.
