4 cardamom pods
20g flaxseeds
1⁄2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2cm piece of ginger
1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter
200g porridge oats
300ml semi-skimmed milk
2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
1 lime
1 small ripe banana
300g frozen mango
1 tablespoon unsweetened desiccated coconut
20g shelled pistachios 1⁄2 teaspoon fennel seeds
