Method
Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with the extra clementine juice.
Sprinkle some cinnamon onto a plate, invert the glass, dip the rim in the spice, then set aside.
Shake all the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into the glass.
