Loaded beef lasagne

Slow-cooked pulled beef rib and minced beef in a rich tomato and herb ragù, layered with free-range egg pasta and a silky cheesy béchamel, then topped with vintage Cheddar and Italian cheese crumb. This crowd-pleaser is inspired by the recipe in Jamie’s Dinners, but taken to the next luxury level with pulled beef rib – come on!

“Making lasagne is truly a labour of love. I’ve captured all of its warming deliciousness here, so all you need to do is pop it in the oven.”

To complete your meal, serve with steamed dressed broccoli, or a classic crisp green salad.

Keep frozen at -18° or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Recycle at home! You can recycle the outer sleeve and the inner tray by simply scraping off any remaining food. Please do not recycle the film lid.
