a slice of easiest Cornbread

cream cheese

Method

Toast a slice of cornbread in a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat until lightly golden on both sides.
Spread with cream cheese, add some delicate cubes of lime-dressed seasoned ripe avocado, and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and with Marmite, to taste.
