Ingredients

1 pomegranate

4 tablespoons mango chutney

optional: a few coriander leaves

Method

  1. Halve the pomegranate and, holding one half cut side down in the palm of your hand, bash the back with a spoon so all the seeds tumble out into a bowl.
  2. Squeeze in the juice from the other half through a sieve, stir in the mango chutney, then finely chop and add the coriander leaves, if you like.
