Ingredients
- 20 stoned dates
- 250 ml milk
- 1 small handful ice cubes
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Method
- Just chuck the dates into a liquidizer with the milk and blitz until smooth. Add the ice cubes and the ground cinnamon and whiz again. Serve straight away in tall glasses.
