A Home Made Cinema by Buddy Oliver..... You have to hand it to little buddy he is only 3 and a half and when the suns reflections were getting in the way of His all important Spiderman Cartoon he just improvised with a towl to make a light sealed Home Cinema... Bloody Hilarious! and quite ingenious and yes as he can breath in there !! and to make me melt even more after about 15 minutes he shouted dad !! I really love you ! For no reason at all hahah the Simple things in life makes us Dads v happy .... Hi guys Just cooked this tonight sadly I didn't get a finished shot because well I ate it and I'm on holiday so I thought I'd let you use your imagination its inspired by a Sicilian tuna dish clearly influenced by the arab spice trades in the past with the use of cinnamon and cous cous its an epic dish !! that is very simple and really blows people away and is a joy to make and totally mixes up a  big family dinner . you need to order in a chuck tuna loin ( sustainable please which means yellow fin tuna) then almost like leg of lamb spike it with slices of garlic , rosemary , chilli  then make a brilliant tomato sauce with garlic , fennel seeds crushed, capers just a few for perfume , cinnamon stick , rosemary again, chilli again and fry it all off and add slug of white wine cook this  away then add great tinned tomatoes passed through a course sieve season like a mo fo ! And place in a high sided snug fitting pot, carefully ease the tuna in the sauce and bake slowly for 40 minutes at 180 c ahh the joy , serve importantly with fluffy lemon cous cous and as Ali G would say Booooyaaacushaaa! Its Beyond Delicious and all left overs are great with pasta on the days to come anyway that's all from my holiday hope your well love #jamieoliver full recipe in my italian book if you want on possibly online but I'm on holiday so I can't be bothered to check forgive me xxxby jamie
