H/M pizza - half cheese for the kids, and half mushroom/onion for OH and me.  I might add some olives, too, if I have any in the pantry. yummy  I made chocolate chip banana cake for dessert for the kids, too.

Easy peesy meal tonight, pizza with 6 toppings (Pepperoni, Bacon, ham, mixed red yellow & orange sweet pepper, red onion and mushroom) basil oil, garlic oil served with Garlic and mozzarella cheese ciabatta.

It was risotto. The one that was featured here on the site, with gorgonzola, apple, and walnuts. It was very nice. But what about the leftovers?

Risotto cakes.
Make little patties from the left overs (with wet hands). Dip them in flour then egg then bread crumbs, and shallow fry until golden.

Possibly kumara & lentil soup. Just found a great recipe so willing to give it a try.

No doubt the OH will ask for meat so could likely end up being anything!
