Alizey, advertising is not permitted on this forum. I fail to see the relevance of your (several) references to travel companies tonight/ today on your various posts.

I hadn't heard of these so I Googled. Am going to give this recipe a go soon (not a fan of tomato-based sauces which a lot of the recipes that Google came up with featured).

Thanks for bringing gnudi to my attention, Koukou smile.

Chicken, veg and noodle soup tonight (with poached chicken and chicken stock available for other things for as long as they last in the fridge).

I had heard of them but this was my first time making them or even eating them.  They are sooooo good.  They are referred to as naked ravioli, it's basically the filling from a ravioli without the pasta smile  They're italian dumplings.  Soooo good

Their name ("gnudi" pronounced "nudie") gives the "naked" bit away wink. They sound good, too. Among the ones with the ubiquitous tomato-based sauce and the sage and burnt butter that may/may not be like the one you cooked, Koukou, I also found this one with squash. This might also be on the menu here soon ...

Re: Whats For Supper?

The spinach ricotta with the brown butter sage sauce is the most common preparation of gnudi.  The squash is often found too, those are very seasonal for you now I imagine.

I found a spring version made with peas and mint, and garnished with bacon.  I'm making those next!
