cellentani pasta dressed  with Extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and anchovies.   green leaf salad with cucumber , shredded carrot and lemon, olive oil ,oregano dressing.

greek inspired meal tonight  . sorry too hungry to take a picture .

roasted leg of lamb  (garlic studded and marinated in lemon zest, minced garlic, minced onion,rosemary, oregano, golden thyme , parsley , s and p)
lemon roasted potatoes
tomato feta salad

It was nice to be able to cook again. This is the longest I haven't cooked a meal
in at least 25 yrs.

it's mostly zucchini melanzane and tomatoes based sauces for pasta or rice and salads from now on here ...... fruit salads or "flutta flesca" as  a lady from Hong Kong suggested me as tipical dessert she had at home wink

We recently had roast chicken dinner with all the usual trimmings, i then did a pie with the leftovers so tonight with the carcass I'm making soup, will serve with cold cheese on toast. My partner likes cheese on toast cold when he has it with soup but hot all other times.  smile

Marinated Pork Chops (in O.Oil, Lemon, Chili, Garlic & Herbs), with Spicy Egg Noodles & a dressed Salad.

Almondy Apple & Nut ( Caramelised Almonds, Pecans & Pistachios) Tart, with Double Cream to follow.

BBQ  (flavored not cooked on) grilled/broiled jumbo sausages in a wholemeal wrap with fried onion served with  spiced Mexican potato wedges....   yummy
