I baked "the best shortbread in the world" from his book "cook with jamie" for Valentine day.

I follow the recipe, but instad of pressing the rooled out dough into the tin, i cut them into heart-shape ( without forgeting to prick all over with the fork of course). After cooked and cool down. I color them with red icing (icing + milk + food coloring) : making a tiny line around the edge, write down the name or sentense, etc.

My family and also my neighbor love it
