Hi Guys, I'm John from Kenya. Came out here in 2000 for 6 mths and stayed!! Originally from Suffolk, so close to Mr Oliver's roots and hence am a little biased! Great (& cheap) ingredients to be had here, but sadly not many people know how to make the best of them. Can get the old Jamie's Block Busters on Sat tv so have some great ideas from the old chap.
