Over the weekend i discovered the joys of making my own pasta. I am totally converted. I found myself making lots of different shapes and loving it. I will never buy pasta again. One question i do have is - When i took my pasta out of the water it seemed to be very wet and soaked up a lot of water. When putting it on the plate it swims a bit. I drained the second lot off for a while but it started to get a bit cold. If anyone has any good tips i would be very grateful.
