Hey here's a really good recipe that i want to share with everyone! I had a go at it last night and it was simple to make yet very tasty! This definitely my favourite asian dish!
Hoi Sin Duck Noodle Salad
The classic combination of shredded duck and Hoi-Sin works well with egg noodles to make a summer salad, try replacing egg with rice noodles
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes / Hob
2 blocks Medium Egg Noodles
2 roasted duck portions - shredded
1/3 cucumber - sliced into batons
2 sticks celery - sliced into batons
4 – 6 spring onions - sliced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 Tbsp Hoi-Sin Sauce
1Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Cook the noodles as back of pack instructions, rinse under cold running water, drain and cool.
In a bowl, toss together the noodles, duck, cucumber, celery and spring onions.
Mix together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad ingredients, toss well to coat evenly.
Sprinkle over sesame seeds and serve immediately.

I really want to have an attempt at the singapore chilli crab featured there, it's sounds tassssty but i am not so confident when it comes to cooking crabs. To be honest, how do you cook them anyway? Have anyone tried this chilli crab??
