:help: Help for one of Jamie's recipe

Hello,

help

I bought Jamie's book called in french "Jamie Oliver, Original Version" but I know it's not the same name in english (it's the latest book I think).
In the section on salads, there is one "recipe" for a dipping sauce for vegetables (with yogurt, mint, peas, lemon ...).

I have a problem concerning peas : mine are raw (bought on the market). For the sauce, am I suppose to cook them before or are they supposed to be raw (it might seem stupid, but I really have no idea. I would have thought I should cook them before, but there's nothing about it in the book).

Thanks a lot for your help,

Cheers,

Does it mention anything about frozen peas?  To be honest, if they're really fresh peas, you can use them raw: I love eating peas straight from the shell.

Hey,

Thanks a lot for your answer. It doesn't mention anything about frozen peas. But if they are eatable fresh, then I guess the recipe is with fresh peas, uncooked.

Thanks a lot,
