hi Jamie (and every fellow here),
i just took an advice about stabbing a little hole on the bag before oven-time. i'm now not really sure if it was a good idea as it may serve as a pressure cooker (the bag), mayn't it?
i'll my duck whatever may come, just let me please know the right process to follow. like: after 45 min.s is it recommended to pull the duck out of the bag? to let it brown?
i highly appreciate any useful information.
