In my hands something like that would have to be renamed "pizza burning wood oven"

yeh... those orchard oven wood fired ovens are great for cooking in... and they are exempted (licenced) by the government for smoke free areas, which can't be said for a lot of the cheap imports.... be wary!

to have a license to import and install legitimately may not be cheep (sic) but to be covered by insurance and government legislation puts my mind at rest and presumably Jamies, Gwyneths and James Martins' too.
