Great post, will view the Blog mentioned.
This is the year I make sourdough. If you get a chance buy some bread from Red Dog Bakery Devon. I had Fennel and Fig , it was superb. I lived in Bavaria; I still do some of the year. So I have a good idea of how bread should be, Red Dog is up there!
