So far today its DRY... but its very heavy with clouds and quite muggy!!!!

ciao Anna, think a thing you'd like to do a part from doing nothing, something which catches your attention and makes you be everywhere and nowhere at the same time.Everyone has his own, nomatter what, could be peeling potatoes with great involvement, taking out weeds, sewing, walking ...........
I've been told that when you do something concentrated it'a a sort of meditation, sometimes happens  when you do not expect it and makes me astonish ...........
it's like winning a viaggio premio without buying any ticket

put on some comfey clothes
find a relaxing music cd ( water,chimes or what ever you think)
lye on the floor with your arms spread out keeping feet together
close your eyes and just...............RELAX

Anna, hope the beauty of the lake washes away your blues.  I always listen to Motown music when I need something to perk me up.  I suffer from SAD, should try the lights as we are often in the far north in winter.
