Oh DMfootycoach, I'm so sorry, my heart goes out to you.
I'm sitting here, wondering about the noise coming from the sauna. Sunshine is in there with the friends who have come for his sleepover party. At least they'll all go to bed clean................sleep now, well that's another matter!

The boys asked if they could go outside to cool down during their sauna, very normal so we said yes. Didn't count on them streaking round the garden though!

It's a cold morning and I am enjoying the forum and cups of tea. The cat has given up trying to sit on my lap because I get up so often.
I am going to make pie today while listening to my radio shows. Looking forward to it!
