For those of us who like to come home from work to a delicious meal, (and save electricity!) Slow cooking, curry and spice dishes, by Carolyn Humphries. Her Mediterranean and Round the world ones are good too.
Rice Spice and all things nice by Reza Mahammad, and Anjum Anands "easy" Indian are very accessible.

Re: Your Favorite Cookbooks!
Hey guys awesome cookbook came in the mail today:
"At Home with Magnolia" by Allysa Torey. Lovely, scrumptious, down home recipes, and really really gorgeous photos of the food and the author's home and property in upstate New York....a big YES for any fans of Country Living magazine! Can't wait to try a recipe...think I'll start with yellow split pea soup with smoked hamhock; sun-dried tomato pasta with corn, orange pepper and pecans;lemon tarragon chicken; red potato, haricot vert, and cherry tomato salad; peanut butter blondies with white chocolate and pecans....
...and many more! ![]()
