Is it a Sweet Rissotto or Creamed Rice?

Hi, Today I had an absolute triumph cooking with Aborrio rice. I decided to start out making Creamed Rice (Aborrio) all I had in the cupboard. Anyway I used butter and dark brown sugar to start it, put the rice in to the caramel. Then maintained some Unhomoginised full cream milk(the cream hasn't been destroyed), then ladelled it in, and the rice did exactly what it is supposed to do, exchange starch for the liquid, while expecting the milk to curdle, it didn't. I suspect that is because of the starch and the cream still in the milk. It took slightly longer than a savoury rissotto, but the result was a delicious Caramel Rissotto, or Caramel Creamed rice. What would it be? Anyway with the beautiful peaches in season in Oz right now, I sliced one over it, and served with a Vanilla Ice Cream slice. Was just delightful.  I left the rissotto a little wet still, because the sauce was lush. I will post pictures tonight.
