What's going on your barbecue this weekend?

Seeing as our weather forecast is for torrential rain and high temperatures of 13C, I think we'll be staying indoors!! However, were it BBQ weather here, I would have chicken kebabs, asparagus, home-made beef burgers, pork ribs, corn on the cob and fish

If we get Power cuts it'll be pork burgers with apple and cheese on the Barbie, if we have power it'll likely be a quiche instead. The trouble is, nobody knows when the cuts will happen and where

Falconcy that dreadful news about the power station did not really make it here, and it was only a comment you made that led me to look it up.

tommorrow we are going to a ribfest , craft beerfest. So our bbq will get a rest but I will still be sampling some ribs and probably some pulled pork. 
Sunday if things go to plan I will be making some fresh ground burgers.
I will be on the lookout tommorrow for veggies to throw on the grill at the farmers market. I want some big mushrooms to go on top of the burgers at the very least. Hopefully there will be some local asparagus as well.

Burgers sound really good and I haven't fired up the Weber in a while. The market two towns over has very nice instore ground chuck on sale this week. And I've been so good on my diet, really your honor. hehe
