Re: What's cooking on your barbecue?

We are barbecuing a lot in Connecticut these summer. Sometimes it is too hot to sit outside...
my favorite is sweet potatoes in foil paper and steaks and chicken for the kids plus sweet corn and portabella mushrooms. my husband marinates the steaks in out of this world Chianti plus sea salt and tarragon(it is an amazing combination!!!!!)and my home made apple pie with lots of cinnamon makes it all so fragrant! and the Chianti goes down really well too even though it would be better to enjoy a cool Sancerre on a hot day.... clap

So far only swordfish, "Beer Butt" chicken, squash & zucchini  & corn on the cob. Kabobs are next! The kids love eating outside & everything cooked on the grill.
